Ed Lynch is a native Delawarean living in West Chester, PA. He graduated from Salesianum School in 1983 and the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business at The University of Richmond in 1987. Ed received his certified public accountant certificate in 1989 and is licensed in both Pennsylvania & Delaware. In 1995, Ed received his Masters of Taxation from Villanova University.
Ed has worked in both public accounting and the private sector. In the public accounting sector, Ed has worked for mid-size accounting firms with experiences in all areas of accounting, tax preparation & planning and consulting. Within these areas, Ed has worked with multi-state individual taxpayers, small to large multi-state corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. In the private sector, Ed has been controller of a non-profit health care organization and the Men's Senior Tennis Tour.
Ed is a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and the past president of the Exchange Club of Exton, PA & District Representative for Pennsylvania District Exchange Club.
Ed is married and has two children.
